Start with the title, then its availability

A film’s synopsis explains the story, but the availability summary explains what can be discussed commercially. Include the original language, runtime, year, offered territories and any existing distribution commitments.

List the material that can actually be reviewed

An initial proposal can identify a screener, dialogue list and available masters without sending confidential files to an open form. The parties can then arrange an appropriate materials exchange and clarify the work needed before a potential release.
