A channel is part of the release strategy

TasheelProd’s intended operating model uses company-controlled channels for authorized releases. Channel ownership, permitted uploads, account access and territorial controls belong in the release agreement rather than being left to informal arrangements.

Set the commercial boundaries first

For each title, establish the permitted version, advertising rights, release window and reporting expectations. Audience development does not remove the need to confirm who controls the film and any material included within it.
